Coaching is a thinking partnership in which we create a safe, constructive space to develop a vision for the future, break it down into bite size pieces and tap the energy to make it happen. I support coachees to stretch beyond their comfort zone and to go ‘below the surface’ to reflect on, and create new, thinking patterns, habits and beliefs that spark growth and transformation.
I offer personal and professional development coaching for individuals and teams. At an individual and collective level so much of our potential to think, generate insight and find solutions is unrecognised and untapped. Coaching nurtures a thinking culture that unlocks a world of possibility and fires up performance.
Coaching can take the form of ad-hoc conversations around specific issues or a coaching series meeting weekly or fortnightly in person or remotely via Skype or Zoom:
SHORT SERIES
6 sessions of 60 minutes focusing on one goal
MEDIUM SERIES
8 sessions of 60 – 90 minutes focusing on two goals
LONG SERIES
12 sessions of 90 minutes focusing on three goals

We all struggle to stay on track without support. A coach can help you define your goals and find powerful enough reasons to stay focused to achieve them; offer you fresh perspective on why you haven’t been able to achieve the goals you’ve set in the past; and act as an accountability partner to ensure you see things through.

Often the story you’ve been telling yourself for years is overriding your ability to follow through. A coach can help you recognize and overcome these types of limiting beliefs.
